Marc Henderson (CFA) , Director, interim CEO and President

Mr. Henderson has more than 20 years of experience running junior mining companies and has served as a president of a number of public companies. Mr. Henderson is the former CEO and President of Aquiline Resource Inc., sold in 2009 to Pan American Silver Corp., and former President of MineFinders. Currently, Marc is the President, CEO and director of Laramide Resources Ltd., a Toronto-based resource company specializing in the acquisition, discovery and development of uranium projects and the largest corporate shareholder of Treasury Metals. Mr. Henderson holds an economics degree from the University of Colorado.

Michael Sadhra, Director & Interim CFO

Michael S. M. Sadhra serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Breathtec Biomedical Inc. and Finore Mining Inc. Mr. Sadhra has been Tax Partner, Sadhra & Chow LLP since May 2009. He is a self-employed tax consultant since January 2007. He was employed at KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants in September 1999 and served as Senior Tax Manager from October 2003 to December 2006, specializing in Canadian and international taxation for mining companies.

Kulwant Sing Malhi (Kal), Director

Kal is a Canadian entrepreneur and businessman. He is a retired member of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police where he completed his duties in the drug enforcement and organized crime divisions. He is the Founder and Chairman of BullRun Capital and deeply involved in the financial markets. His interest in numerous issues and the advancement of technologies in the interest of universal benefits has shaped his vision in the founding of BullRun Capital where Mr. Malhi has been instrumental in raising capital for various projects totalling in excess of $100 million dollars since 2008. Kal has specialized in working with academia and advances in technology and funded academic research that has potential for commercialization thru private and public companies. His extensive network of contacts and personal relationships has enabled him to assemble a growing team aimed at unearthing the potential of technology advancements in the biomedical and agriculture sectors.

Blaise Yerly, Director

Mr. Yerly is a Director of the Company. Mr. Yerly was Chairman and Director of the board of directors of Aquiline Resources Inc. from 1998 until it was sold to Pan American Silver Corp. in December 2009. Mr. Yerly was a Director of Javelina Resources Ltd. until it was merged with Midpoint Holdings Ltd. in April 2013. Mr. Yerly is the executive Chairman of Wacyba Ltd, a private investment company, since March 2008.
